Service Description

Learn how to paddle in windy and wavy conditions, to paddle in a straight line and for longer. This specific Skills Clinics Group Paddles was developed based on the most common goals of beginner paddlers. Created with the goal of helping to reduce unsafe paddling for people who can't afford a lesson, the Skills Clinic Group Paddle is a non-commercial educational activity made possible by volunteer work by certified instructors and SUP Adventures BC offering our infrastructure without costs. The $30 is not a payment, just support to mandatory insurance of the volunteer instructor. In order to join the sessions, you MUST have a PFD, a leash, a whistle and a plan for falling on the water (wetsuit, dry suit, dry bag with warm clothes, whatever is your relationship with cold). Let us know if you need help with any of these. In order to give each student enough 1-on-1 coaching, every session has a maximum of 6 participants. We need a minimum of 3 people registered in order to run the clinic. If we don't have 3 people registered 24 hours before the Skills Clinic Group Paddle it will be postponed or cancelled. If less than 3 people (other 2 besides yourself) register for the session you will be able to opt between keeping the credit or a refund. Inadequate wind and weather conditions will also cancel the session. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 24 hours before your lesson. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the lesson begins you won't be reimbursed.
